About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced planned maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple jobs from start to finish and thrive under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for co-ordinating jobs for global blue-chip brands ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate scheduling, teams, contractors, and resources to meet Completion deadlines.
- Prioritise competing jobs effectively to ensure urgent tasks are completed on time.
- Adapt quickly to emergencies or unexpected delays, keeping all projects on track.
- Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Identify risks and implement rapid solutions to maintain project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects from planning to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver jobs from start to finish successfully.
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Computer competency across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders efficiently.
- Ability to maintain quality and client satisfaction while working at pace.
Desirable Qualifications:
Any certification in the below would be helpful but not a requirement.
- Project Management Certification.
- Health & Safety Certifications.
- Industry-specific certifications
