Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent)
Strong experience in financial leadership and commercial reporting
Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Detail-focused with strong analytical ability
Previous experience managing and developing teams
Experience within a regulated, investment, or professional services environment would be beneficial
