Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in heavy plant and mobile equipment? We're recruiting for a hands-on leadership role within a busy and growing operation, overseeing the maintenance and performance of mobile plant and recycling equipment.

The Role:

Key Duties:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of mobile plant and equipment
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown response
- Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
- Monitor plant performance and minimise downtime
- Maintain maintenance records and liaise with suppliers/contractors
- Support day-to-day operational efficiency and safety standards

Criteria:
- Experience in heavy plant or mobile equipment maintenance
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both hands-on and administratively
