The RoleAs a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term customer success. You’ll work closely with clients from the early stages of the sales process through to platform launch and ongoing engagement.

You’ll also collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to improve processes, share customer feedback, and help develop scalable delivery methods as the business grows. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, organisation, and customer engagement are just as important as technical understanding.

What’s Required?The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:

• Experience in Customer Success, Product Implementation, or Solutions-based roles within software or technology
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience supporting software onboarding, implementation, or platform configuration projects
• Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial awareness and customer engagement
• Exposure to configurable software platforms is beneficial, as is experience within regulated industries
