What You'll Lead
- A cross-functional agile team of Developers and Test Engineers.
- Delivery of the team's backlog, ensuring a balance of speed, quality, and sustainability.
- Close collaboration with Product to align feature delivery, technical quality, and operational stability.
- Ownership of the team's technical direction, ensuring alignment with broader architectural strategy.
- Adoption of modern engineering and QA practices across the full lifecycle – with a clear "you build it, you run it" mindset.
- Development of individuals through coaching, performance management, and fostering a positive team culture.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading and developing agile engineering teams.
- A data-driven approach to delivery, with a strong grasp of engineering and QA best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in either C#/.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks.
- A genuine interest in improving ways of working and driving continuous improvement.
