About You We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, accuracy, and a strong customer‑service approach. You will ideally have: Essential Excellent literacy and numeracy skills SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent Experience in office administration Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to plan and organise your own workload and meet deadlines Understanding of data protection requirements Commitment to Falkirk Council’s core values: Responsive, Innovative, Trusted, Ambitious Desirable Analytical skills Experience working in the public sector or a political environment Why Join Us?
