As Property Manager, you'll be the go-to person for both landlords and tenants—keeping everything running smoothly, building strong relationships, and delivering a standout level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs from start to finish
- Liaise with contractors and negotiate competitive pricing
- Carry out property inspections and visits
- Manage deposit returns and resolve disputes
- Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Oversee renewals and tenancy agreements
- Keep records and CRM systems accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Solid understanding of current legislation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, professional, and solutions-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
- ARLA or similar qualification
