Role Overview

The regional head of delivery will play a key role in delivering for Argentum Search across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the business development team to deliver on new client searches, developing the Argentum Search brand in the region, and delivering high-quality executive search assignments for financial services and business leaders.

This role is suited to someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded. We are looking for someone who wants to make a name for themselves in North America and globally, while helping build a new regional presence for a fast-growing international search firm.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Search Delivery

  • Lead mid to senior-level executive search assignments across all financial services assignments.
  • Manage the full search lifecycle, including client intake, role briefing, market mapping, candidate identification, outreach, assessment, shortlist development, client updates, offer management, and placement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market insight, compensation intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations.
  • Identify and approach high-calibre passive candidates across North America and global markets.
  • Assess senior candidates for experience, leadership capability, motivation, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Prepare high-quality client-facing materials, including role specifications, market maps, candidate reports, shortlist documents, and search updates.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout each search, ensuring clarity, urgency, and confidence in the process.
  • Ensure all search work is delivered with accuracy, professionalism, pace, and strong commercial judgment.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Work closely with Argentum Search colleagues across the world.
  • Share market intelligence, client leads, candidate insight, and business development opportunities with the global team.
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices, search methodology, client strategy, and regional growth plans.
  • Help build the culture, standards, and commercial rhythm of the brand.
  • Support the creation of a high-performance environment built around ownership, business development, delivery excellence, and ambition.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the business grows.
  • Act as a visible ambassador for Argentum Search internally and externally.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in executive search, recruitment, leadership advisory, professional services, or a commercially focused client-facing role.

The successful candidate should be confident building relationships with senior executives and comfortable leading commercial conversations with clients.

They should be proactive, resilient, organized, and motivated by growth.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, talent advisory, professional services, or B2B business development.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building relationships, developing clients, or winning new business.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior executives, HR leaders, talent acquisition leaders, and functional leaders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex search assignments with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Strong research, market mapping, candidate assessment, and project management skills.
  • High level of personal accountability, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Interest in supply chain, procurement, operations, logistics, manufacturing, and global business.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
