Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Boutique Manager at our Aberdeen location working 4 days out of 7 (30 Hours). The Boutique Manager will oversee daily retail operations, provide outstanding customer service, supervise and support team members, and ensure the boutique meets its sales targets. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and creating a warm and inviting shopping experience. Additionally, the Boutique Manager will implement promotional strategies and provide product expertise to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Knowledge and familiarity with boutique retail environments
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers
  • Proven Team Management skills, including leadership and staff supervision
  • Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and meet sales targets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to the needs of the business
  • Previous experience in a similar retail or boutique setting is a plus
