This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies. It offers an opportunity for career progression within the M&E Design & Projects team, working with a strong order book and a growing pipeline of projects.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Director – Mechanical Building Services Engineering you will lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to an existing client base. You will manage projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design, working as part of the client team and representing the client’s interests on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering for internal clients.
• Manage MEP projects across the entire design lifecycle (concept, development, detailed design).
• Represent the client on projects, acting as the client’s representative.
• Support and mentor the wider M&E team, developing both design and commercial skills.
• Drive commercial success, ensuring projects are costed correctly and deliver profit.
• Participate in structured training and progression plans, including CPD opportunities.
