Job Overview
Ungender is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to drive delivery excellence in its POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) services. The role involves managing the entire service delivery lifecycle—from client onboarding to execution—while ensuring high standards of compliance, stakeholder engagement, and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
5–7 years of experience in operations or service delivery roles
Background in legal, HR, or compliance preferred
In-depth knowledge of POSH law and its real-world application
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and complex assignments
Strong people management and communication abilities
Values precision, care, and accountability
Key Responsibilities
Handling client onboarding and maintaining ongoing relationships
Coordinating service delivery with POSH consultants (internal & external)
Ensuring quality control in inquiries and advisory support
Leading training and capacity-building efforts for the POSH network
Working cross-functionally with legal, content, and tech teams to enhance impact
