The team advises on cross‑border structured financings and securitisations, often including the most complex and cutting‑edge transactions in the market. Associates are encouraged to take on responsibility and challenging work, and are supported by an excellent training and development programme.
Ideal candidates will be in the range of NQ (March or Sept 26 quals) through to around 4 PQE, although more senior candidates are also very welcome to apply. Applicants should have experience from another top international law firm, either in London or another common‑law jurisdiction.
