Senior Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week)
Our client is a global consulting and transformation business with a growing Tax Technology & Transformation practice, supporting multinational organisations with modernising, automating, and improving tax reporting, compliance, and operational processes.
This role sits at the intersection of tax, ERP systems, automation, data, and transformation. The team is looking for someone with experience across tax technology, ERP-enabled tax processes, Pillar Two, or broader tax transformation initiatives who enjoys combining tax and technology within large‑scale client environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within tax technology, ERP‑focused tax functions, finance transformation, or broader tax advisory environments who wants exposure to high‑profile global transformation programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading tax technology and transformation programmes for multinational clients
- Supporting tax reporting, compliance, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Working across ERP platforms including SAP and Oracle alongside tax reporting technologies and automation tools
- Translating tax and finance requirements into scalable technology and data solutions
- Supporting Pillar Two, tax transformation, and ERP‑enabled change programmes
- Managing stakeholder relationships across tax, finance, operations, and technology teams
- Supporting delivery from solution design through implementation
What They’re Looking For
- Background across corporate tax, direct tax, indirect tax, VAT, or broader tax operations
- Experience with tax technology, ERP‑enabled tax processes, or finance/tax transformation programmes
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Thomson Reuters OneSource, or similar tax technologies
- Experience supporting Pillar Two, tax reporting, compliance, or automation initiatives
- Strong project delivery, consulting, or transformation experience
- Interest in tax systems, automation, data, and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across both tax and technology teams
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Alteryx or similar automation/data tools
- Experience within consulting, transformation, or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to finance transformation or ERP implementation programmes
- Understanding of tax data, reporting, and operational process improvement
