Job Description

As the most senior data science practitioner, you will own the technical roadmap for an investment-grade machine learning platform. You’ll design sophisticated ML models for LTV prediction and financial forecasting using petabyte-scale gaming data. Reporting to the founders, you will set technical standards and mentor a high-performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for machine learning capabilities, making critical build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Design and deploy production‑scale models for LTV prediction, user acquisition optimization, and financial forecasting.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a growing data science team while establishing rigorous MLOps and architectural standards.

The ideal candidate

• 6+ years of hands‑on data science experience at scale, including leadership or management roles within Gaming or AdTech.
• Advanced expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or XGBoost, with a focus on production deployment.
• Strong quantitative background, ideally with a PhD, and the ability to translate complex model outputs for C‑level executives.
