Role Overview
Kennedys is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Legal Director to lead and manage complex catastrophic injury cases across motor, employer’s liability, and public liability claims in London or Manchester.
The role involves handling cases with life‑changing injuries, sensitive circumstances, and matters frequently attracting national media attention, and requires close collaboration with the UK Head of Catastrophic Injury for case strategy, mentoring, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high‑value catastrophic injury cases.
- Handle cases involving life‑changing injuries and media‑high profile situations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and deliver client service.
Required Experience
- 8+ years experience in a catastrophic injury role.
- Proven experience in defendant claims handling across motor, employer liability, and public liability.
- In‑depth knowledge of Ogden tables and future loss calculations.
- Experience assisting on large cases within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
