Commercial Property Solicitor – East Midlands (Hybrid Working)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing and forward‑thinking team based in the East Midlands.
This role offers a fantastic balance of high‑quality work and flexibility, with just one day per week required in the office.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a wide range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
- Handling both commercial and some residential property matters
- Supporting colleagues on more complex transactions where required
- Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
- Contributing to the continued growth of the team
About You:
- Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor NQ+ with experience in commercial property
- Experience handling sales and purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
- Exposure to residential conveyancing and small business transactions is advantageous
- Able to manage your own caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
