Client Services Director – IT Services & Project Solutions (New Business)

The Opportunity
Experis is hiring a sales‑led Client Services Director to accelerate growth across our IT Services and Project Solutions portfolio.
This is a pure new‑business role focused on opening enterprise relationships, shaping outcome‑led solutions and closing SOW‑based project engagements. You will own deals end‑to‑end, without people management, account farming or delivery ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and owning a net‑new enterprise pipeline across the UK
- Winning new logos in enterprise and regulated environments
- Selling project and SOW‑based IT Services, not transactional staffing
- Shaping outcome‑led solutions across: Business & Digital Transformation, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Enterprise Applications
- Engaging senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Transformation & Technology Leaders)
- Running deals end‑to‑end from first conversation to signed contract
- Operating with strong commercial discipline, forecasting accuracy and governance
Typical engagements:
six‑figure+ project SOWs with enterprise buyers, supported by experienced delivery and solutions teams.

You’ll be comfortable:
- Shaping scope and defining outcomes
- Selling services where Experis owns delivery accountability
- Retaining commercial ownership without running delivery day‑to‑day
Who This Role Is For

- Have a proven track record in new‑business IT Services or Project Solutions sales
- Are comfortable building pipeline from scratch
- Have sold SOW‑based, outcome‑led or project delivery models
- Prefer operating as a senior individual contributor
- Value credibility, structure and delivery backing
- Want commercial ownership without people management
