We are recruiting for a General Sales Manager at Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley. The role offers a £40,000 basic salary with OTE of £50,000 and company benefits.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team, including Sales Executives and support staff.
- Coach, robustly manage and regularly interact with customers.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales, including add‑on products, finance and GAP insurance.
- Manage sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales and uphold ethical standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to increase sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
