Oracle SCM Consultant – Public Sector / Enterprise Projects (UK | Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team and deliver high-impact supply chain transformation programmes across enterprise and public sector environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional and/or techno-functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain solutions and a passion for driving operational efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, etc.)
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into Oracle solutions
  • Configure and customise Oracle SCM applications in line with business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams across Agile environments
  • Drive solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Ensure best practices in supply chain processes, compliance, and optimisation
  • Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle SCM Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Expertise in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Logistics
  • Proven delivery experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations
  • Good understanding of supply chain business processes
  • Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in public sector or regulated industries
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Knowledge of integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, middleware)
  • SC clearance or eligibility (preferred for government projects)

UK-based | Hybrid working (client site + remote flexibility)
