Oracle SCM Consultant – Public Sector / Enterprise Projects (UK | Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team and deliver high-impact supply chain transformation programmes across enterprise and public sector environments. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional and/or techno-functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain solutions and a passion for driving operational efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, etc.)
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; translate them into Oracle solutions
- Configure and customise Oracle SCM applications in line with business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams across Agile environments
- Drive solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
- Ensure best practices in supply chain processes, compliance, and optimisation
- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle SCM Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Expertise in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Logistics
- Proven delivery experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations
- Good understanding of supply chain business processes
- Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments
Preferred Experience
- Experience in public sector or regulated industries
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Knowledge of integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, middleware)
- SC clearance or eligibility (preferred for government projects)
