Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Maths department team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and innovation across the department.
  • Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture within the faculty.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the vision and ethos of the Arthur Terry School and ATPL.

  • Have strong classroom experience and a proven track record in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to inspire colleagues.
  • Be committed to the development of both staff and students.
  • Can strategically plan, monitor, and evaluate faculty performance.
