Position Summary

Stripe OLT is looking for a Senior Project Engineer with a strong focus on the Microsoft Cloud. Hands‑on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 is essential. You’ll bring solid expertise in Data Security and Governance, applying this knowledge to design and deliver robust client solutions. This is a client‑facing role requiring you to develop, refine and present clear, solution‑focused proposals that align closely with customer requirements. Building and sustaining strong client relationships will be central to your success, calling for a high level of professionalism, commercial awareness and technical credibility. You’ll be organised, adaptable and an effective communicator, able to manage your time well and work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams. Delivering high‑quality outcomes at pace will be key, contributing directly to Stripe OLT’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Pre‑Sales: Identify and define customer projects related to Microsoft 365 adoption and change management, ensuring clear understanding of project scope and requirements.
  • Manage technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring all technical requirements and specifications are accurately addressed.
  • Technical project delivery: responsible for delivery of Microsoft 365 Suite products (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
  • Deliver Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention and Data Retention using Microsoft Purview.
  • Create technical solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs, enhancing effectiveness of client engagements.
  • Install, configure and administer Active Directory environments.
  • Configure and administer Entra ID Cloud‑only and hybrid directory scenarios.
  • Install and administer Windows Server technologies, including file storage and network services.
  • Manage and maintain Windows environments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions.
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft 365 Security, Modern Workplace concepts, Teams (cloud telephony, call recording, contact centre solutions), Identity Management, Exchange Online, Data Security and Governance.
  • Track record of effectively interacting with customers and business stakeholders at all levels.

Advantages

  • Configuring environments for generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
  • Installing and managing network infrastructure such as firewalls and switches (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet).
  • Experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions.
