Role
As Account Director, you will strategically manage key accounts and relationships with a select number of global brands, driving growth and retention. Your responsibilities include cultivating new business opportunities across the portfolio, bringing in new logos, and fully understanding the vision and concept of each client. You will align customer concepts with innovative and sustainable promotional merchandise, sourcing and quoting products, delivering client‑facing presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered to tight deadlines.
Candidate Profile
We seek a professional with a minimum of 3 years in the Promotional Merchandise industry, ideally in an Account Director or Manager role. You should possess creative flair, the ability to take a client concept to fruition, and be adept at building rapport and meaningful relationships at all business levels. Experience working from home is desirable but not essential. You should be passionate, driven, and capable of meeting targets while driving client satisfaction.
Benefits
Basic salary £55,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) with a commission structure to achieve an OTE of approximately £75,000. Additional benefits include a laptop, phone, and travelling allowance.
