Operations Manager – Employee Engagement

The Sales and Marketing team are recruiting for an Operations Manager – Employee Engagement. Your role is to strengthen engagement, capability and cultural cohesion across the Sales & Marketing function, ensuring that as the function grows and evolves people are supported, developed and aligned with the firm’s growth ambition and people culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and redeployed colleagues, partnering with HR on progression pathways and workforce planning.
  • Design and deliver engagement initiatives across the function.
  • Develop structured training pathways aligned to role families and coordinate technical, commercial and leadership training.
  • Support capability building aligned to growth strategy.
  • Support communication of structural updates and key milestones.

Qualifications

  • Experience in people operations, talent development or engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of organisational change and cultural integration.
  • Ability to balance empathy with operational discipline.
  • Experience in programme coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Confidence working across senior leadership and junior colleagues.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
