Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced Account Director to provide leadership and direction to colleagues, supporting the delivery of an effective, innovative and efficient service to our clients.

The key focus of this role will be on overseeing a high‑profile, high‑volume and fast‑paced publications account across three key indications: dermatology, rheumatology and inflammatory bowel disease. You will work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure the successful delivery of publications to agreed timelines and budgets, alongside planning other account activities.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the account, including accurate forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in publications account management within medical communications
  • Excellent leadership abilities, and experience of supporting and developing colleagues
  • Strong experience of account financial management, budgeting and forecasting
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • The ability to think and work strategically
