German‑Speaking Senior Account Director / Account Director (Digital, EMEA)
A London‑based independent creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as day‑to‑day client lead for EMEA region, particularly Germany (Munich or Berlin) and Dubai.
- Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high‑quality delivery across digital, social, and brand campaigns.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to launch and manage through‑the‑line campaigns.
- Liaise with client‑side teams in the UK, Germany, and Dubai (German language proficiency required).
- Support development of creative platforms, digital marketing, CRM strategy (not execution), and event/brand experience initiatives.
- Coordinate flexible, hybrid working—London‑based preferred, but open to hybrid/remote with regular travel.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in account management for digital, social, and integrated campaigns across EMEA.
- Background in creative, digital, or brand experience agencies preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ‘Swiss army knife’/multi‑skilled approach.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable working in agile, growing agency environments.
- Available to start quickly for an initial contract/freelance period (with view to perm if successful).
