  • Win and develop new business
  • Build long-term client & candidate relationships
  • Own your market (UK, US or Europe depending on experience)
  • Deliver full recruitment lifecycle from BD → placement
  • Develop market expertise within tech / tech-enabled sectors

  • Proven 360 recruiters (tech preferred, but not essential)
  • Open to junior consultants with strong drive & resilience
  • Successful billers who can explain their process & deal journey
  • Phone-first, relationship-led mindset
  • People who thrive in scale-up / high-growth environments
  • GTM / Tech / International market exposure is a plus
  • Language skills (especially European) beneficial
