Overview

We are hiring for a Regional Account Director to join our team working across an exciting global client.

This role is ideal for a strategic, process-driven individual who seeks innovative, effective ways of working. It requires understanding global versus regional operating models, process implementation, insights management, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets and capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • Oversee daily orchestration, implementation, and optimisation of the client model from briefing to delivery across marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage intake of integrated and capability-specific client briefs, including review and assignment to appropriate internal teams for execution.
  • Oversee and/or support resource management for briefs/projects, ensuring efficient allocation for marketing projects.
  • Communicate project details and action steps to internal and external teams.
  • Track deliverables, budgets, and project overlaps, adjusting schedules, and notifying teams as needed.
  • Lead initiative and process feedback communications with clients and internal teams, ensuring continual optimisation of ways of working.
  • Manage development of scope components, including timelines, resources, and costs.
  • Work with the Agency Orchestration team to propose solutions-led approaches based on global standards.
  • Identify blockers and insights for regional leadership and clients, and develop local and regional action plans.
  • Ability to manage client-facing communication directly and compile client-facing presentations/documentation.

Critical Skills

  • Substantial marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience within the media industry.
  • Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.
  • Strong understanding of global and regional operating models, with proven ability to implement and optimise processes.
  • Proactivity and proficiency delivering progress and completing work even with overlapping deadlines.
  • Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
