Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Mid to Senior Level

Start Date: Mid-May 2026

Contract Type: Contract

We are seeking experienced Mid to Senior Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to support a high-profile client engagement. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of the client’s GST platform, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure, CDN technologies, and infrastructure as code.

Successful candidates will be expected to onboard in mid-May and begin delivering against live tickets by early June.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Manage and optimise CDN solutions (Akamai and/or Fastly)
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or Ansible
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvements
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide rapid resolution to production issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve system resilience
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes and automation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role (mid–senior level)
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (core services, networking, scaling, etc.)
  • Experience working with CDN technologies, specifically Akamai and/or Fastly
  • Solid expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, production-critical environments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
