What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation, process, control strategy) with the appropriate stakeholders
- Drive key decisions across development, validation, and life cycle management
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Development, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory, Operations)
- Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and supply risks
- Lead complex root cause investigations and CAPA activities
- Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits with technical SME
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance forums
What You Bring
- MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- 8–15+ years in cosmetics, pharma, biotech, or medical devices
- Strong experience in CMC / product development / manufacturing / analytical development
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, matrix teams
- Deep knowledge of QbD, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
- Strong decision‑making, stakeholder management, and communication skills
