Are you an experienced residential childcare practitioner seeking the next step? Join a growing, supportive team as a Team Lead to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children with challenging behaviours, emotional difficulties, ADHD, and autism.

As a specialist provider, we adopt a therapeutic approach based on DDP and PACE, prioritising children's needs. You will lead Support Workers, oversee daily staffing, promote our ethos, and support high standards of care.

Requirements Include

• At least 1 year of residential childcare experience
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Resilience, compassion, and confidence managing challenging behaviour
• Flexibility for rota including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Valid UK driving licence
