Requirements Include

  • At least 1 year of residential childcare experience
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Resilience, compassion, and confidence managing challenging behaviour
  • Flexibility for rota including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Valid UK driving licence

We offer a competitive salary up to £35,006, comprehensive training, funded qualifications, generous leave, employee benefits, and on-site parking.
