The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new revenue growth for LexisNexis. You’ll identify and secure new business opportunities, partner with senior decision makers, and position our Regulatory Compliance solutions as essential to how organisations manage regulatory risk.
You’ll be trusted to own your pipeline, bring creative energy to prospecting, and confidently demonstrate the value of our products to prospective clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision makers
- Creating and executing targeted lead generation and pipeline plans
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into commercial solutions
- Developing creative strategies to engage and convert new prospects
- Negotiating product and service terms within your territory
- Sharing insights, wins, and best practice with the wider team
- Acting at all times with integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or new‑business sales
- Confidence in prospecting and delivering customer demonstrations
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Experience selling to Compliance and Regulatory clients and/or knowledge of compliance systems.
