We’re looking for an organised and detail‑focused Business Coordinator to support the effective management of invoicing and contractual income across our contracts in MTVH support.

Working closely with finance and operational colleagues, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining robust contract records, and supporting operational teams to maximise income. You’ll be responsible for maintaining up‑to‑date contract records of commissioned contracts, management agreements, service level agreements and monitoring their performance.

You’ll need strong administrative skills, good financial literacy, and a high level of attention to detail, with the confidence to liaise across teams and manage multiple contracts at once. Experience in contract administration, invoicing, or income management within a complex organisation would be highly beneficial.
