What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years’ experience in banking analytics, finance, or data‑led roles
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, profitability models, and client analytics
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environmentsTechnical exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, or similar
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance awareness
