About the Role
To be a successful Fragrance Associate, you will:
- Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, passionately advising and selling products while representing the brand and maintaining the store space.
- Show enthusiasm for fragrance, keeping up-to-date with new products and industry trends.
- Offer warm, friendly, and professional service at all times, helping customers find the perfect gifts and showcases.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take ownership of your development.
- Maintain health and safety policies, ensuring a safe environment for all team members and customers.

- Passionate about promoting fragrance and skincare, and able to convey their benefits to customers.
- A great communicator who constantly looks for ways to assist customers.
- Friendly, calm, and efficient – even during busy periods.
