Operational Business Support Manager – Specialist Crime

Location: Kingsway, Bridgend.

Welsh language requirement: Level 2.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage and pro‑actively develop quality operational support functions (business and administrative) to ensure SWP’s operational and management teams receive the support they need to deliver a first‑class service to the communities of South Wales.
  • Act as the link between strategy and implementation and be the driver of organisational change within the business support environment, within your BCU or department.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of managing staff, budgets and business processes.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo MV/SC Vetting.
