A large-cap, private equity-backed technology business is seeking an experienced Exit Readiness Analyst to support a critical phase of its growth journey as it prepares for a potential multi‑billion pound transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support exit readiness activities across the business in advance of a formal go‑to‑market process
- Perform detailed data analysis to support key value drivers and investor storytelling
- Build, refine, and maintain robust financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare and organise the virtual data room (VDR), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and investor‑readiness of materials
- Work closely with finance, strategy, and senior leadership teams to align on key messaging and outputs
- Support the development of presentation materials for potential investors and advisors
- Identify gaps in data, reporting, or documentation and proactively address them
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in transaction services, M&A, private equity, or corporate finance
- Direct exposure to large‑scale transaction support, with experience on deals in the £1bn+ range
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting sell‑side processes or exit readiness projects
- Comfortable working independently in a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership
