Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Must Haves

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, customer service, or sales support
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
  • Proactive approach to sales and customer relationship building
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently
  • Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers
  • Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders
  • Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately
  • Check stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain excellent service standards
  • Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to team culture
