Must Haves
- 2–3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, customer service, or sales support
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
- Proactive approach to sales and customer relationship building
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently
- Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers
- Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders
- Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately
- Check stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain excellent service standards
- Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
- Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to team culture
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience within industrial products, wholesale, or technical sales environments
- Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset
