Salary: £13-14 per hour

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm / Friday 8am – 1:30pm

Job Summary

Kinetic is recruiting a Business Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations and project delivery across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of PPE across departments.
  • Manage equipment orders for new starters and replacements.
  • Support the procurement of IT equipment.
  • Order office supplies, stationery, and ad‑hoc items.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including hire cars when required.
  • Organise medical appointments for new starters and annual renewals.
  • Manage security clearance processes.
  • Support tender submissions and audit preparation by organising project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, including scanning and filing site documents and test results.
  • Handle high volumes of emails and maintain organised job‑specific folders.
  • Raise requisitions and monitor workflow progress.
  • Maintain invoice logs and assist with project‑related data entry.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute actions.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare project start‑up packs and track updates from stakeholders.
  • Produce variation quotations and customer offers as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • High attention to detail, particularly around compliance requirements.
  • Experience using Salesforce is desirable.
  • Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
