Location: Newcastle, England
Salary: £13-14 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm / Friday 8am – 1:30pm

Job Summary
Kinetic is recruiting a Business Administrator to support day‑to‑day operations and project delivery across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of PPE across departments.
- Manage equipment orders for new starters and replacements.
- Support the procurement of IT equipment.
- Order office supplies, stationery, and ad‑hoc items.
- Arrange travel bookings, including hire cars when required.
- Organise medical appointments for new starters and annual renewals.
- Manage security clearance processes.
- Support tender submissions and audit preparation by organising project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, including scanning and filing site documents and test results.
- Handle high volumes of emails and maintain organised job‑specific folders.
- Raise requisitions and monitor workflow progress.
- Maintain invoice logs and assist with project‑related data entry.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute actions.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare project start‑up packs and track updates from stakeholders.
- Produce variation quotations and customer offers as required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance requirements.
- Experience using Salesforce is desirable.
- Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
