We’re looking for a hands‑on Packing Shift Manager to lead and inspire our shop floor team at our Skipton manufacturing site. If you’re passionate about driving performance, maintaining compliance, and creating a positive culture, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day packing late shift operations
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Manage team performance, engagement, and training plans
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Health & Safety standards
- Champion continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading production / packing teams in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety compliance
- Ability to manage performance and employee relations
- Degree qualified (or similar) self‑motivated leader with excellent communication skills
- Pharmaceutical experience and ERP knowledge are a plus!
