Job Description
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) at HiBob, you will drive strategic pipeline growth across named enterprise accounts in Central & Eastern Europe. You will focus on organizations with 1,000+ employees and build targeted outreach strategies for complex buying environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Find new business opportunities for HiBob’s HRIS solution.
- Generate qualified outbound pipeline within defined enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
- Execute structured, account‑based outreach aligned to territory priorities.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and Operations.
- Secure high‑quality meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Research and map accounts to ensure high‑quality opportunities.
- Work with Account Executives to plan creative outreach and win new business.
- Conduct detailed account research to understand organizational structure, growth plans and transformation initiatives.
- Map buying groups and identify key decision‑makers and influencers.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies in partnership with Enterprise AEs.
- Engage enterprise prospects through a strategic mix of phone, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns.
- Craft personalized messaging aligned to industry context and organizational priorities.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up cadence across longer enterprise sales cycles.
- Adapt outreach approach based on account maturity and stakeholder feedback.
- Make use of HiBob’s state‑of‑the‑art sales tech to identify in‑market enterprise accounts.
- Use tech tools to streamline outreach while ensuring personalized messaging.
- Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to align on account priorities and outreach strategy.
- Share feedback with the team to improve strategies and content.
- Be part of a culture that values learning and growth.
Job Requirements
Commercial awareness, regional understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers.
Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, or Russian.
Ability to design and execute creative campaigns, build real relationships with prospects, and guide potential customers through their first steps with HiBob.
