Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end-to-end: from brief intake and strategic alignment to campaign delivery and reporting.
- Translate client business and marketing briefs into clear social media strategies, ensuring KPIs, platform selection, and creator fit are aligned from day one.
- Develop and present pitches for new projects and upsell opportunities, positioning the agency’s capabilities with confidence and commercial instinct.
- Oversee campaign execution in close collaboration with internal strategy, creator, and production teams, keeping timelines, budgets, and communication on track.
- Analyze and present campaign performance data, drawing clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for clients.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency.
- Obsessed with social media trends, big brand activity, and current hot creators.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to manage multiple client demands without losing composure.
- Commercially minded, able to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts.
- Solution-oriented, structured, and a reliable partner for both clients and colleagues.
- Open to feedback, collaborative, motivated by delivering measurable impact.
