This role sits between business analysis, solution design, and transformation delivery.
We are looking for someone who can work across business and technology teams, understand complex operational processes, and help shape practical end-to-end solutions across a large-scale transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams across transformation initiatives
- Help bridge communication between operational, business, and technical teams
- Contribute to platform modernisation and process improvement initiatives
- Support delivery teams through solution clarification, stakeholder engagement, and functional analysis
- Ensure solutions align with operational resilience and regulatory expectations within a regulated financial environment
Required Experience
- Experience within post-trade, clearing & settlement, securities services, or financial market infrastructure
- Strong understanding of post-trade processes and operational workflows
- Experience working across both business and technology teams
- Ability to think in terms of end-to-end solutions rather than individual systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
- Experience supporting transformation or change programmes within regulated financial services environments
