We are supporting a global organisation on the appointment of a Data Manager to help shape and mature their data capability during a significant period of transformation and growth.

Operating across almost 100 international markets, this business delivers complex solutions for major global consumer brands and offers a genuinely interesting environment for someone who enjoys working across large-scale, fast-moving and highly matrixed organisations.

This is not a traditional reporting-focused role. The business is specifically looking for someone with a strong Data Engineering / modern cloud data platform background, combined with the ability to lead stakeholders, improve governance and help drive a more data-driven culture.

The Role

You will play a key role across:

  • Data strategy & governance
  • Modern data architecture & integrations
  • Data quality & operational reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement across international teams
  • Leadership of a small global team
  • Supporting wider digital transformation initiatives

The position offers a rare opportunity to genuinely influence direction, shape processes and help build the future data capability of the organisation.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in Data Management, Data Engineering or Data Leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms (Azure environment preferred)
  • Experience across data architecture, integrations and governance
  • Ability to operate within complex, global environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
  • Comfortable driving change and improving ways of working

Package

  • £85,000 – £90,000 base salary
  • Bonus based on company performance
  • Pension & life assurance
  • 25 days holiday + option to buy more
  • Remote / hybrid working
