We are seeking a results‑driven, analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our team. In this role, you will support strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, cost optimisation and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value‑driven solutions, managing client relationships and supporting procurement best practices that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
  • Analyse client procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct supplier market research, develop RFP/RFI, perform bid analysis and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
  • Provide insights on category management, spend analysis and supplier performance.
  • Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures and governance models.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply‑chain consulting.
  • Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices and market trends.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • German or French language is strongly preferred.
