Our client is a fast‑growing technology‑driven organisation with a thriving Product & Engineering hub in Edinburgh. They’re looking for a dynamic, tech‑savvy Office & Engagement Manager to become the heartbeat of the site – someone who keeps the office running smoothly, lifts the culture, and creates an environment people genuinely enjoy working in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Office Operations

  • Own the day‑to‑day running of the Edinburgh office
  • Be the go‑to contact for building management, suppliers, and contractors
  • Keep meeting rooms, desk layouts, and shared spaces organised and efficient
  • Support remote and satellite workers across Scotland and England

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Lead on Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and First Aid
  • Maintain documentation, risk assessments, and training records

Suppliers & Budget

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate cost‑effective contracts
  • Ensure office supplies, equipment, and services run seamlessly

People Support & Admin

  • Support local leadership with coordination and admin
  • Help colleagues navigate internal systems and tools
  • Guide employees on travel booking through the self‑service platform
  • Deliver warm, structured inductions for new Edinburgh starters
  • Support internal communications, Slack updates, and newsletter content
  • Promote employee benefits and gather data for internal reporting

Culture & Engagement

  • Be a visible, positive presence in the office
  • Plan team lunches, engagement activities, and morale‑boosting moments
  • Strengthen the Edinburgh office identity and culture

Events

  • Plan and deliver Edinburgh social events and celebrations
  • Manage budgets, logistics, vendors, and communications

CSR & Community

  • Support charity partnerships, volunteer days, and fundraising campaigns
  • Build relationships with local community organisations

DE&I

  • Support awareness campaigns and cultural observances

Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30

Fully onsite in Edinburgh (5 days per week)
