We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of MFL to join our successful and supportive team at Lift Maltings. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging lessons, foster a love of languages and help students achieve their full potential.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher, we welcome applications from individuals who are committed to high standards, inclusive practice and delivering excellent outcomes for all students.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality and engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students to develop confidence and fluency in French and Spanish.
• Contribute to a broad and ambitious curriculum.
• Support student progress through effective teaching, feedback and assessment.
• Play an active role in the wider life of the school and department.

About Lift Maltings

Lift Maltings is an 11-16 school based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the school has 900 students on roll and benefits from a modern, purpose-built site opened in 2011. With excellent transport links to London, our staff and students can take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities the capital provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
