Click here to read about Colleague Networks – internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one another About the role This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be consideredWe know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their roleThe base location for this role is Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8BU What you'll do Reporting into the Retail Brand Manager, and working within the Retail Brand Team, you will support in shop marketing activity covering the following areas:Support the delivery of key brand and commercial objectives, including creative campaigns, product launches, price increases, and trials, across multiple shop formats and price bandsProduce accurate artwork, digital and print orders, ensuring sign off processes are followed, and all SLAs are metSupport key retail and business initiatives, ensuring all activity is successfully delivered, across printed and digital mediaBe a subject expert on pricing and ranging complexities across the whole estate, ensuring that all retail marketing activity meets the needs of the shop estate, and bespoke requirements are considered and supportedBrief packaging artwork, ensuring key stakeholders are consulted, and all proofs are legally and technically compliantHelp to manage the day-to-day online POS ordering system working alongside our print supplierGeneral day to day admin support , retail operational manual POS section, customer facing in shop collateral, ad hoc POS requests)Ad-hoc support with day-to-day tasks within the retail brand team, particularly over holidaysCompiling campaign review documentation and sharing with key stakeholdersRespond to and actively seek feedback on all activity, including shop visits when requiredHave a clear understanding of the retail marketing budget and help to monitor spend, striving to make cost savings where possibleShop development supportSupport the delivery of key business projects and Retail Brand initiatives About you You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:Previous Retail or Marketing experience would be an advantageGood eye for detail and proof-reading skillsYou are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levelsA proven ability to provide excellence in customer serviceHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailStrong skills in planning, prioritising, and organisingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong administrative and organisational skillsMulti-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescalesIT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TeamsYou are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiativeEnjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together About Greggs Here at Greggs, we love what we do, and we have fun!
