We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our SME Sales Team at EVRi premium. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on winning new business and building relationships.As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out on the road, in front of customers, acting as the face of EVRi premium and playing a key role in growing our business. You won’t just inherit accounts — you’ll create opportunities from scratch, identifying potential clients, sparking interest, and converting them into long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting new leads, attending client meetings, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and closing business, all while managing your own territory like it’s your own mini business. You’ll take pride in building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that genuinely add value.This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where resilience and motivation are key. You’ll need to be confident in handling objections, proactive in generating leads, and passionate about delivering results. In return, you’ll have the freedom and autonomy to own your success, with the support of a collaborative team behind you.What You’ll Be Doing:This is a true new business role, where you’ll take ownership of your own area and pipeline: Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities  Generate your own leads and convert prospects into long-term clients  Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets  Manage your sales activity and pipeline through our CRM system  Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients  Build strong, lasting relationships with your customers  Work closely with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery  Monitor new client performance and support them in their early lifecycle What We’re Looking For: Hungry to succeed and willing to go the extra mile Confident communicators who love building relationships  Target-driven with a real passion for winning new business  Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated  Previous experience in telesales or field sales (B2B) is desirable  Comfortable with cold outreach and building your own pipeline  Strong negotiation and influencing skills  Highly organised with the ability to manage your own territory  A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What We Can Offer You: At least 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) Career Progression Access to flexible perks including shopping vouchers, insurance, and healthcare
