Review, edit, and maintain SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in line with site operational requirements. Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring safe access, supervision, and protection of critical load at all times. Manage safe systems of work, including switching, lockout/tagout, and safe working area set-ups for specialist works. Support the Facility Manager with reporting, subcontractor quotations, compliance with company, client, and HSEQ requirements. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Facilities Management background with experience delivering PPMs and reactive maintenance. Proven experience overseeing or leading a small on-site engineering team. Strong on-site problem-solving skills and the ability to delegate workloads effectively. Fully electrically qualified (18th Edition, C&G, or NVQ Electrical Installations) or mechanically qualified (e.g. Gas or AC). Comfortable working within procedural limitations and available for 24/7 shift and emergency call-out support.
