This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with strong experience in service key account management and a well-established network within the facilities management sector.Role PurposeCo-ordinate UK countrywide key account sales development activitiesManage an existing base of key accounts to maximise future opportunities for growth, working across regional sales teamsDrive business development activities to support expansion of the maintenance portfolio footprintRole ResponsibilitiesManage growth of the existing key account base across all service revenue linesDevelop and onboard new key account clients into the service portfolioCollaborate with the wider sales team to deliver against defined strategic objectivesDevelop structured key account development plans with clearly identified stakeholder engagement strategiesAlign key account activity to support achievement of overall CSE aftermarket sales objectivesProactively identify prospects for account management teams and build professional relationships to understand customer needsSuggest products and/or services aligned to customer requirementsConduct business development activities within defined customer segments to support business strategyIdentify bid opportunities, contribute to bid responses and participate in negotiations with potential customersDevelop new customer contact leads for the sales business development teamSupport and develop prospective projects with assigned customers and present opportunities internallyBuild strong personal customer relationships to influence opportunitiesAttend trade shows, present new products and increase organizational visibilityPrepare and deliver customer workshopsMinimum RequirementsPrevious experience in service key account managementStrong client network within the facilities management spaceProven experience closing large national framework and maintenance agreementsDemonstrated success in managing complex, multi-site customer portfoliosExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesCompany car or car allowancePension and comprehensive benefits packageCareer progression opportunities within a global organisationA collaborative and high-performance cultureOur CommitmentAt Carrier Global Corporation, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and supports professional growth.
